What's the currency used on this website?

All prices are listed in Australian dollars, this includes price of items and postage costs. 

I made a mistake with my order, what can I do?

You will need to contact customer service no more than 30 minutes after your order was placed by emailing [email protected]

We will do our best to update your order before items are shipped where possible.

What do i do if i receive a faulty garment?

Every garment sent to you is quality checked first, however if you have received a faulty garment we will happily replace it or refund you. You will need to email [email protected] so we can process you return.

Can I track the progress of my delivery myself?

You sure can! Make sure you have selected the extra cover option and once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with confirmation that purchase has been dispatched along with a tracking number. Head to Australia post tracking to track your order.

How fast will your order be processed?

We’re very proud of how quickly we process the orders. If items are in stock your order will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. However to get orders out this quickly, it means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address, item style/size or remove or add items from your order.

Generally please allow 1-5 days for 250 miles to process/ship your order.

International express shipping:

If you need your parcel a little quicker we have an express shipping option for international orders which may take 3-7 business days to reach you after we ship your order. (depending on customs). Please email [email protected]
